Shipping: Orders will normally be shipped within 24-48 hours. If there is any reason to delay shipping, you will be notified via e-mail or phone if you left the correct number. If you leave a Web based e-mail address like you@yahoo.com or you@hotmail please check your mail to see if we sent you anything. We will be e-mailing you of your shipping details and tracking numbers. We cannot be responsible for shipments that are delayed due to your incorrect phone numbers or e-mail address.
We have two methods of shipping that we normally use
1.) United States Postal Service via "Priority Mail" Average 2 to 3 day delivery of your mail or package for $5.95.
Delivery to every address in the United States - including PO Boxes and military address. Saturday and residential deliveries at no extra cost.
Maximum weight is 70 pounds, and the maximum size is 108 inches in length and girth combined. We usually print a shipping label online and get Delivery Confirmation™ service at no additional cost!
2.) United States Postal Service via "Express Mail®" is our fastest service for time-sensitive merchandise for $18.95. Guaranteed next-day and second-day delivery nationwide. Next day delivery by noon or by 3:00 pm to many destinations.
Delivery to most addresses in the United States - including PO Boxes and military addresses.
Delivery to most locations 365 days a year, including Sundays and holidays at no extra charge.
Automatically insured to $100 against loss or damage. Provides signature proof of delivery upon request and tracking information.
Damaged Shipments: If you receive a package with damaged contents: SAVE the damaged item(s), the packaging material and original box. We will need this to process an insurance claim. Contact us as soon as possible so we are aware of the problem. We will then tell you how to proceed. In most cases you will be asked to take the original package and the contents to your local Post Office and fill out the "Receiver" portion of an insurance claim form. The Post Office will take possession of the packing material and damaged goods.
International Orders: We are happy to serve our international customers. You may put in your order as normal but you will be charged the cost of shipping. International shipping are usually sent by US Postal Service and charges will be calculated based on the value, weight, destination, and shipping method of the order. Please request regular (7-9 weeks) or air (4-7 days) delivery. A quote for international shipping charges will be e-mailed to you. After confirming acceptance of the order including additional shipping charges, we will process the order. Payment must be made by International Money Order in U.S. dollars or by Credit Card.
Tracking Order Shipment: All orders will be shipped with a tracking number that will be e-mailed to you when your order has been checked in at the U.S. Post Office (or picked up by UPS if that option is selected). Using the tracking number, the status of a shipment can be checked via the internet or by phone.
