Returns and Refunds: 

All purchases are subject to customer satisfaction. All products are hand inspected before going out the door but if you are not satisfied with any item, then please return it in original condition within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Any item that proves to be not as described or that has inherent flaws due to improper manufacture may be returned at any time under the following conditions: Contact the Nesting Doll Collections for a return authorization number (RA#) by e-mail . Package the item securely like we did coming to you to avoid breakage during the return shipment. Return the item to the Nesting Doll Collections address below, along with a written description of the problem and any requested remediation. We will do our best to offer: a refund, exchange, repair, or credit for all legitimate returns. Items that have been damaged due to accident, neglect, acts of God, children, or pets are not returnable.  Unless it is our fault, we can not refund shipping charges, so we suggest you insure the item coming back to us.
