Confidentiality: All customer information will be kept strictly confidential. We will not sell, loan, or give customer information to any entity not directly affiliated with the Nesting Doll Collections. This web site is 100% secure when you are imputting confidential information ! We use the latest in online security technology. Any personal information that you send to us through our Web site is scrambled (or encrypted) using high-tech Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. You will secure a lock on the bottom of the browser when you get to those screens where you are inputting critical information.

Payment: Payment for orders is expected within 10 days of submitting the order by email or Postal service. After 10 days, any order for which payment has not been received may be returned to open stock. We will make every effort to contact the customer prior to canceling an order.

Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, credit cards are welcome. Your credit card information will be handled through our secure server and will not be accessible except to the authorized Nesting Doll Collections Web Administrator and Sales Manager.

Personal Checks: You may email us here and let us know what it is you would like to purchase. We will put the items on hold for 10 days while we await your Check in the mail. Payment by personal check is welcome under the following conditions:  checks must be for monies drawn from a U.S. Bank. checks must be pre-printed (no "counter" checks please) with the customer's name and address. Orders will be shipped after the check clears the bank which could be up to 10 days. Checks should be mailed to arrive within 10 business days from the date an order is placed. Make checks payable to "Nesting Doll Collections". note that orders will not be shipped until checks clear the bank.

Money Orders: Money orders are welcome but must be for U.S. Dollars.
